Thanks to funding received, we are currently able to open our doors every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday .
Our lively and interactive Facebook page is always updated and provides a fresh daily insight of what we’re up to and who is coming to WAC for some exciting pop-ups, help and support.
Our Open House creates a warm, supportive space where people of all ages can find the support they need to stay healthy and connected, reducing the need for our National Health Service. We focus on keeping our community thriving, so that when emergencies do arise, the entire community can respond and react to ensure that emergency services are only called when absolutely necessary, helping people stay out of hospital and helping our NHS at the same time, and ultimately ensuring that you can get an ambulance when you or your loved ones need it.
Our funding streams, however, are limited and we depend on donations to keep this running for the community.
By supporting us, you are helping to build a kinder, more resilient community where no one is left behind, and everyone feels valued, safe, and cared for.
Please support our services with your donation.
As little as £3 can buy someone in need a hearty, healthy, home-cooked meal and a cuppa, a chat, a place to warm up, charge their phone, make friends and feel that they belong.
Lunch will be served in two sittings: at 12:15 pm and 1:15 pm, until 2pm, with takeaway options available.
