Cookery Course Graduates

Chef Emma demonstrates

Our resident chef, Emma Adams, finished teaching a six-week cookery course yesterday. The course, funded by Great Western Rail, involved teaching participants an array of useful techniques.

Over the six weeks, the students took on knife skills, fish filleting, boning chickens, making sauces, bread baking and pasta making.

It was a brilliant course and all the participants loved it!
